No issues with the television. Great picture, great sound and met expectations. I guess you get what you pay for with FREE shipping. The carrier held the product for one week and refused to deliver when I made arrangements to be home. Had to argue about a time to receive. In the future I will avoid free shipping, its not worth it.

Customer Review: Good TV with poor sound
Good TV.

Pros:
1. Very nice and intuitive menus.
2. Nice remote with lighting
3. The stand allows to rotate it side-to-side ( i.e. horizontally)

Cons:
1. Very poor sound from the built-in speakers. Unless you plan to buy a home theater system in addition to it, go with something else.

I have tried it for 3 weeks and decided to buy Sony KDL46V3000. The Sony has a sharper video (just a personal opinion and perception) and good sound from the TV speakers.

I purchased my Samsung LN46A550 through Amazon .com . I have had this tv going on 4 weeks now with no problems. I did a lot of researching before I bought this tv. And I can tell you that I couldn’t be more happier with this tv. The picture is very sharp and crisp with very nice black levels. Colors are vibriant but very natual looking. Picture quality is superb on HD content , even on SD content it was impressive. This tv does very well in a well lit room,the anti-glare screen makes a difference. This tv has a ( 5ms ) response time and I find it to be just as good as one with a 120hz automotion. Because of the high contrast ratio ( 30,000:1 ), sports and movies with fast action don’t slow the picture down. Samsung has done a great job with this model. Setup was easy to do with the easy to follow directions. The on screen menu is very user friendly. I would have to say the only drawback to this tv is the sound, but you can improve the sound to be very adequate by making the adjustments that this tv provides. This tv also has lots of inputs and many, many great adjustments to fine tune to perfection. So if your looking for a Outstanding 46″ HDTV this is the one. You will also find the price range on this LN46A550 amazing as well. If you buy this tv you will not regret it, its just simply outstanding. As I said at the beginning of my review I purchased my LN46A550 through Amazon . com . I am very satisfied with their excellent customer service and with their hassle free 30 day best price guarantee. Received my Samsung 46″ HDTV from Amazon. I confess I have never spent that much money over the internet. I was a little apprehensive to order something of that much value, but saving $500 with Amazon over Circuit City or Best Buy convinced me to buy from Amazon. For those that may be a little fearful, don’t worry. My experience was great. I ordered the TV on Tuesday and it was delievered on Friday, talk about fast shipping. Plus, the shipping was FREE, and I paid no tax. I am in the prcess of buying another HDTV for my bedroom. I’ll have no problem ordering from Amazon. I highly recommend the Samusng TV as well. Great picture & sound. I had been comparing TV’s for about 3 months. Could not have bought a better choice.

I use Comcast cable and can scan to watch DTV channels. The pictures are great. The delivery was scheduled on my expected day and they set up everything (TV & clean up) for you. The color is wonderful and the TV is easy to operate. After a month, I didn’t find any problem. I connected the TV to the Bose sound system. The sound effect is really perfect. I am really satisfied with this product & the price.

Customer Review: Awesome TV
After looking at flat screen TV’s for several years, I finally decided to make a purchase. I usually spend way too much time researching these types of things. The Samsung and Sony TV’s seemed to stack up the best. I had been looking at the Samsung LNT5271F quite closely, but was afraid to make the purchase due to the dead pixel problems it was reported to have. The Sony TV’s had that unpleasant looking clear plastic edge around the TV. I just couldn’t commit to any of them.

Then I noticed this Samsung LN52A650 that had the 120Hz refresh rate. I did some research into it and was very impressed with the great reviews. I couldn’t find one locally to look at - so I did something I normally wouldn’t do. . . I bought this TV sight unseen from Amazon.

Without getting into all of the details that others have written, I can tell you that I love this TV! This TV has an incredible picture.

Buyers won’t be disappointed.

This TV is the best LCD on the market right now. And, buying through Amazon cannot be beat. Their price is significantly lower than any price you will find in any retail store. I even have a friend that can get a corporate discount through Best Buy, and Amazon’s price is still WAY lower. To top it off, Amazon throws in their white glove delivery for free. They unwrap the tv, set it up where you want it placed, and make sure it turns on and receives signal when hooked up to your cable box. The tv even arrived sooner than the quoted delivery date when I first placed my order. As for the product itself… AMAZING. I do not see how it could get any better than this. The picture is flawless. With the 120 hz filter on, it even looks TOO real. It blows my mind that you actually have to NOT take advantage of all the options available on this tv in order to get the best quality picture for watching movies!
